The answer is lots of pages, with lots of case studies, written by many people. Then visitors need to be able to navigate by as many attributes as they can think of. Industries, job types, area, requirements, and other criteria.
Add in work flow so you can assign pages to a variety of pages and take them through a process for review, editing, and finally publishing.

The Result

Now they have a large site of teams, case studies, and papers. They can add in current events like news articles and conferences they're attending.
